Martin Hibbert is a British motivational speaker, advocate for disability rights, and Vice President of the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA). He gained widespread recognition as a survivor of the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing, where he sustained life-changing injuries that left him paralysed from the waist down. Despite the trauma, Hibbert turned adversity into a powerful force for change, dedicating his life to improving the lives of those with spinal cord injuries.

In 2022, Hibbert achieved an extraordinary milestone by climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, using a specially adapted wheelchair. This awe-inspiring feat was both a testament to his unyielding determination and a platform to raise awareness and significant funds for the Spinal Injuries Association. His journey up Kilimanjaro highlighted the capabilities of individuals with disabilities and emphasized the importance of accessibility and inclusion.
